M.Beurlys Spots a Clue

Peter Ustinov maintained that Belgium
is the most anonymous country in Europe.
A middle aged and soberly dressed man
it’s most anonymous citizen, probably bearing
the most anonymous name imaginable,
such as - M. Beurlys.
Hecule Poirot is a memorable and distinguished
name but M. Beurlys, I am afraid, is not.
Here we find M. Beurlys trying to solve
a conundrum the outcome of which
we shall never know.
